API stands for Application Programming Interface. Basically, it is a tool that allows for disparate platforms to communicate with each other. Let’s say your business has a CRM and you would like it so that every time an invoice is received in QuickBooks that it in turn sends that data to your CRM under the appropriate contact. An API in QuickBooks could trigger sending information about the invoice to your CRM platform, where it could populate fields or even trigger automations (like sending a text message or email your accounts receivable person). API’s allow systems to communicate and also for custom actions to be developed/programmed. We help build those connections and actions so your platforms all talk to one another.

Most certainly. We first of all provide a full month after launching an app or website for debugging, where we will fix any bugs found for free. Also, we offer monthly blocks of hours that can be pre-purchased at a reduced rate, so that you can safely know that we have your back on anything that might go wrong, or when you need that all important feature added. We are easy to reach through phone, email, text, or Slack.

We do indeed offer both. We have built custom apps for mobile phones that the client could download and use on their personal device, as well as crew management applications so that the front office could know when their crew members out in the field arrived at a location or completed a job. Both of these can increase revenue for the company, simply by either keeping your company at the top of the minds of customers or by improving/automating internal business processes.
